The news first came about when GameInformer spotted a ESRB rating for Killzone for the PS3. When GameInfomer asked SCEA for additional information, Sony replied that the game will be available on the PSN in the US on January 24th for $9.99, they also noted that the game will be a direct port of the original PlayStation 2 version and not a HD remastered version.
As of yet no European release date has been confirmed.
